Does anyone know if you can still get the Till Lindemann septum jewellery?

He sold some a few years ago, since I haven’t been able to find any, all searches are blank. It was a standard hoop, with a ball in the middle with the TL logo on it. Thanks if you guys can tell me if I can still get one
